New Board Members Announced at OpenAI
OpenAI, a renowned artificial intelligence organization, recently added three new members to its Board of Directors. Dr. Sue Desmond-Hellmann, former CEO of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Nicole Seligman, former EVP and General Counsel at Sony Corporation, and Fidji Simo, CEO and Chair of Instacart have joined the board. Additionally, Sam Altman, CEO, will be rejoining the board as well.

Dr. Sue Desmond-Hellmann is a non-profit leader and physician with a background in leading organizations like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the University of California, San Francisco.
Nicole Seligman is a corporate and civic leader with experience at Sony Corporation and a background in law and nonprofit leadership roles.
Fidji Simo is a veteran in the consumer technology industry, currently serving as the CEO and Chair of Instacart and a member of the Board of Directors at Shopify.
